Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Tojbet ("Tojbet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online platform available at tojbet.cam ("Platform").

Tojbet is an English-language online betting information and entertainment platform designed for Pakistani users. By accessing, browsing or using any part of the Platform — whether or not you create an account — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To be eligible to register for an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable license jurisdiction. Age verification may be required at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using your Account.
• You must not be a person who has previously had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms, fraud, or misuse.
• You must not be a self-excluded player or a player subject to a cooling-off period at the time of registration or during active play.
• You must have full legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You must not:

• Provide false, misleading or fabricated personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Create more than one Account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual may be closed without notice and any associated funds subject to forfeiture pending investigation.
• Register an Account in another person's name or on their behalf without their explicit and verifiable consent.
• Use a shared or public email address as your primary account contact.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify Tojbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Tojbet will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive or criminal purpose.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape or otherwise access the Platform's systems, databases or source code without authorisation.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros or other software to manipulate gameplay, odds or any Platform function.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage exploitation or any other practice intended to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds of criminal origin.
• Transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening or otherwise unlawful through Platform communication channels.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploited errors are void and subject to reversal.
• Opening or using an Account from a Restricted Jurisdiction.

Tojbet reserves the right to monitor user activity and investigate any conduct suspected of violating this clause. Violations may result in Account suspension, termination and referral to relevant authorities.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game. The following general rules apply:

Bet Confirmation

A bet is only confirmed and valid once the Platform has issued an explicit confirmation — typically a bet reference number or on-screen confirmation message. Bets not confirmed by the system are not valid, regardless of displayed odds at the time of intended placement.

Odds Errors

Tojbet reserves the right to void any bet where odds have been published due to a manifest error, technical fault or pricing mistake. Where bets are voided under this provision, stakes will be returned to the User's account balance. No further obligation arises.

Event Cancellation & Postponement

If an event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond the operator's stated time threshold, bets will be treated in accordance with the specific sport rules applicable to that market. Stake returns may apply where no result can be determined.

Cricket, PSL & ICC Markets

Cricket markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 International and ICC tournament events — are subject to the same betting rules as all other sports markets. References to Pakistani cricket teams, PSL franchises and ICC competitions are used for contextual identification only and do not imply any official partnership, endorsement or affiliation with PCB, PSL, ICC or any team.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet and per market are set by the operator and displayed in the cashier or betting interface. These limits may vary by market, event, user tier or promotional period. Tojbet reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time without prior notice.

Tojbet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, referral credits and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are governed by both these Terms and the specific terms published for each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a stated wagering requirement before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are awarded to one Account per person, per household, per IP address and per device unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Tojbet reserves the right to withdraw or modify a promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses that are claimed in violation of these Terms — including by users who created duplicate accounts — are void and may be forfeited.
• Bonuses typically have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds or free bets that remain unplayed after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible markets before any derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets to be placed and settled before withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.

Deposits

Deposits can only be made from payment methods that belong to the Account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted. The Platform may offer various payment methods which may include bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah; mobile wallet options referencing Easypaisa and JazzCash; instant transfers via Raast; and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT, where supported.

References to these payment providers are contextual only. Tojbet does not represent that Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah endorse, permit or support gambling transactions. Users are responsible for verifying whether their payment provider's terms of service permit the intended transaction type.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification (KYC) being complete, no active wagering requirements outstanding on bonus funds, and the Account being in good standing with no open disputes. The name on the withdrawal destination account must match the name registered on your Tojbet Account exactly.

Processing times vary by payment method and account tier. No guaranteed processing windows are stated here — consult the cashier for current indicative timeframes.

Currency

Account balances may be maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) where supported, or in another designated currency as determined by the operator. Currency conversion fees may apply where transactions involve a mismatch between account currency and payment method currency.

Tojbet is required to verify the identity and age of all users prior to processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances including, but not limited to, the detection of suspicious activity or unusually large deposit volumes.

Verification documents may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, proof of address where required, a selfie or liveness check, and payment method confirmation where the operator deems it appropriate.

Tojbet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and place an account under review at any time pending satisfactory completion of verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account closure and return of verifiable deposited funds less any applicable fees, at the operator's discretion.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data, software, page layout and design — is the exclusive property of Tojbet or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, republish or redistribute any Platform content without prior written authorisation from Tojbet.
• Use Tojbet's trademarks, brand name, logo or service marks without express written consent.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Scrape, crawl or otherwise systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means without written permission.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute infringement of applicable intellectual property rights and may attract legal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tojbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities.
• Any technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues or data errors outside Tojbet's reasonable control.
• Any betting decisions made in reliance on information provided on the Platform — all betting decisions are made at the User's sole risk.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your own failure to protect your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by Tojbet's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Termination by Tojbet

Tojbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity.
• Opened multiple accounts in violation of the single-account rule.
• Failed to complete required identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Accessed the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.

Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting Tojbet support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements and pending investigations) will be returned to you via a verified payment method following satisfactory KYC completion.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is registered. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause implies that the use of this Platform is lawful in Pakistan. Pakistani users access the Platform at their own risk and remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable Pakistani laws, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

Tojbet reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice — for example, by posting a notice on the Platform or contacting registered users by email.

Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account in accordance with the termination provisions above.

The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently updated. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
